This policy covers browsing our store, purchases, customer support, and marketing interactions. Navazz Group LLC is responsible for personal information processed for the store purposes described below. Your rights depend on the privacy laws that apply to the processing of your information.
- Information involved
Depending on how you interact with us, personal information can include:
- Contact, billing, and delivery details, including name, email address, telephone number, and addresses.
- Order and transaction information, including products viewed or purchased, cart contents, payment status, delivery information, refund requests, and transaction references.
- Account information and communications you provide to customer support.
- Online activity and technical information, including IP address, cookie or similar identifiers, device and browser information, pages visited, referral information, and interactions with products or advertisements.
- Marketing information, including subscription preferences, campaign interactions, and interests inferred from shopping or browsing activity.
Information comes from you, your interaction with the store, and services involved in payments, fulfillment, analytics, and marketing. The information received by a particular provider depends on its enabled features. Payment services process the payment details needed to complete transactions.
Information necessary to process and deliver an order is needed for that transaction. Without it, we may be unable to complete the purchase. Please do not send unnecessary health information, identity documents, passwords, or full payment-card details to our support mailbox.
- Purposes and legal bases
We use personal information to process orders and payments, arrange delivery, handle refunds and support, operate and protect the store, maintain business records, understand store performance, and conduct and measure marketing.
Where a legal basis is required, the relevant bases are:
- Contract performance or requested precontractual steps for order processing, delivery, and transaction-related support.
- Legal obligations recognized as a lawful basis under the applicable privacy law, for qualifying records, requests, and disclosures.
- Legitimate interests, where legally available and balanced against your rights, for store administration, security, fraud prevention, and handling legal claims.
- Consent for optional marketing, advertising tracking, and analytics where consent is required.
Legitimate interests do not replace consent required for cookies, electronic marketing, or another activity. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully undertaken before withdrawal. We do not treat completing a purchase as blanket permission for optional marketing.
- Shopify and other recipients
Our store uses Shopify for its commerce services. Shopify processes customer and transaction information in connection with those services and describes its own processing and customer rights in its Consumer Privacy Policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers and Privacy Portal at https://privacy.shopify.com/.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website activity. Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Ads support advertising measurement and marketing. These technologies can transmit online identifiers, device information, and website events to their providers. Any additional information transmitted depends on the features enabled. Google explains processing through partner sites at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
We use Klaviyo for customer marketing. Relevant information can include contact details, marketing preferences, shopping activity, and campaign interactions, according to the features enabled.
Advertising providers may associate information from the store with information they hold from other services. Disclosures for cross-context advertising may constitute sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under some US privacy laws even when no money changes hands.
Third-party fulfillment in China and delivery carriers receive the order and delivery information needed to prepare and deliver purchases. Payment providers receive information needed to process transactions. Information may also be disclosed where legally required, to address fraud or security incidents, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- Cookies and marketing choices
Cookies and similar technologies support shopping functions, analytics, and advertising. Nonessential technologies remain subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. Advertising technology is not necessary merely because it promotes the store.
Where consent choices are presented on the store, use those controls to make or change your choices. You may also email support@nuxero.shop to withdraw marketing consent or object to direct marketing. Use the unsubscribe option in a marketing message to stop that marketing channel. Necessary order and service communications are separate from promotional messages.
Browser settings can restrict or delete cookies, although restricting necessary cookies can affect shopping functions. Those settings do not necessarily prevent every disclosure or erase information already received by a provider. A request about data already held should be directed to us or the relevant provider.
Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, including Global Privacy Control, that requirement applies to covered processing. A browser's older Do Not Track setting is not the same as Global Privacy Control and should not be assumed to exercise every statutory opt-out right.
- International processing
Navazz Group LLC is based in the United States. Fulfillment involves China, and Shopify and other providers may process information in additional countries. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those in your country.
International processing remains subject to applicable transfer restrictions and safeguards. Contact support@nuxero.shop for information about the destinations and arrangements relevant to your information, including any safeguards and copies that you are entitled to receive. Agreeing to a purchase does not waive mandatory transfer protections.
- Retention and security
Personal information is retained for the period needed for its relevant purposes and legal obligations. Retention criteria include completing orders and refunds, accounting and tax duties, customer enquiries, fraud and security needs, limitation periods, and consent or objection records. Different information categories may require different retention periods.
A marketing objection does not necessarily require deletion of a limited record needed to respect that objection or transaction records that must lawfully be retained. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or order information has been compromised.
- Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to confirm processing, access or obtain a copy, correct information, request deletion or anonymization, restrict or object to processing, obtain portable information, withdraw consent, receive information about recipients, and challenge qualifying automated decisions.
EEA and UK rights include objecting to legitimate-interest processing and complaining to the competent supervisory authority. Direct-marketing objections and withdrawal of consent remain available as provided by law.
Brazilian rights include information about entities receiving shared data, the consequences of refusing consent, and review of solely automated decisions affecting your interests. You may petition Brazil's ANPD as provided by law.
Where US state privacy laws, including the CCPA as amended, cover our processing, rights may include opting out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; limiting certain uses of sensitive information; and appealing a denied request. You may exercise applicable rights without unlawful discrimination. These laws have scope conditions and exceptions; residence alone does not establish that every provision applies.
Customers in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and other destinations retain the privacy rights available under the laws applicable to their information, including access, correction, withdrawal or objection rights where provided. This list does not exclude rights in other countries.
- Requests and complaints
Send a request, complaint, or appeal to support@nuxero.shop or our business correspondence address. Explain what you want to do and provide enough information to locate the relevant records. We may need proportionate identity or authorized-agent verification where permitted or required. Opt-out requests are not subject to unnecessary identity-verification barriers.
Applicable legal response deadlines, extensions, and exceptions govern requests. You may complain to the competent privacy regulator, and contacting us does not remove that right. Rights relating to information processed independently by Shopify or another provider may also be exercised directly with that provider.
- Children
Children and teenagers may have additional legal protections. A parent or guardian concerned about a child's information can contact support@nuxero.shop. Processing involving children remains subject to applicable age-related consent, transparency, and advertising requirements. This policy does not authorize processing that those laws prohibit.
- Changes and contact
We may update this policy and publish its revision date. A policy change cannot remove statutory rights or replace consent where consent is required.
